Short & crisp

Our 48 beach flats are spread over two flat blocks: Key West and Malibu. Malibu is our main building and houses the lobby, our restaurant The Cove and the Ocean Spa wellness area. While the flats in the Malibu house enjoy a view of the water, Key West makes itself cosy directly behind it. All 48 flats offer plenty of space to relax, romp around or simply chill out... Do whatever you feel like.

Although Malibu and Key West have nothing to do with the north German coast, they represent the very special lifestyle of the West and East Coast once across the pond. The Malibu house shines in cheerful peach and pastel colours mixed with a chic retro style. Key West favours rich blue and strong white - the coastal classic for wandering off into the distance ... Both houses are easy to fall in love with!

Ocean Spa

The Ocean Spa is located in the basement of our main Malibu building. It is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

Parking facilities

We have two car parks. The underground car park under the Key West building and the parking spaces next to the Beach Apartments.

Bicycle parking facilities

Your room card gives you access to our wooden shed next to Malibu House, where you can conveniently park your bikes.

Waste disposal

You can dispose of your waste to the left of the Key West house by the barrier. We kindly ask you to dispose of the recyclables from your room in the appropriate recycling bins on departure.

Washing machine & tumble dryer

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in your flat behind the wooden shed. If you need help with the operation, we have created a small manual for you. You will find these in the guest folder.

Iron & ironing board

You are welcome to borrow both from us at reception at any time.

Wheelchair lift

Our wheelchair lift is located at the Key West house. You can get the key for the lift at reception.

Our 48 new beach flats are available in ten different categories from 38 square metres to 86 square metres. The flats are designed for up to 6 people. Even the "small" flats can accommodate four people thanks to the sofa bed. The flats are divided into two buildings: Key West or Malibu.

All flats have a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living area and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. You can find the exact description and facilities of the individual flats on the respective page.

Depending on the size and category, our flats are available with one or two bedrooms, with a shower room, full bathroom and/or guest WC and up to two balconies offering wonderful views of the land and sea.

Our personal highlights are our penthouse flats. Not only do they offer a gigantic sea view, but also extras such as a sauna and whirlpool!

Whether you're travelling with family or friends, we have a suitable flat for everyone with plenty of space to relax. Arrange your holiday however you like. The flats offer privacy and plenty of comfort!

In the Malibu flat block you will find our in-house restaurant The Cove. Here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning, a light lunch at lunchtime or our delicious dinner in the evening.

In our cheerful, pastel-coloured Malibu house, you can have a really good time. By that we don't mean the already cosy flats, which offer plenty of space to relax, but our Ocean Spa wellness area. Here you can simply unwind and recharge your batteries.

In our Ocean Spa you will find a sauna, a steam bath, a snow chamber for cooling down, two relaxation rooms and a relaxing outdoor area and whirlpool including a fresh North Sea air kick.

It goes without saying that we love children, right? And that's exactly why we have a few things ready at the Beach Apartments that you can borrow free of charge. On request and subject to availability, of course...
