After a day out in the fresh sea air, there’s hardly anything more soothing than a visit to the sauna area at our Ocean Spa. Here, you can unwind, warm up and restore your body’s balance – at your own pace.
Our Finnish sauna, at around 85 °C, will really get you sweating and is ideal for relaxing your muscles and circulation after an active day. If you prefer something a little gentler, the steam room, with its pleasant, moist heat, offers the perfect alternative. The combination of warmth, tranquillity and conscious deep breathing makes this little retreat a real highlight for your well-being.
Between sauna sessions, our indoor and outdoor relaxation areas invite you to doze, read or simply be still – snuggled up in your bathrobe with the gentle sound of the North Sea in your thoughts.

You can easily hire sauna towels and bathrobes from reception for a small fee – so you don’t have to worry about a thing and can simply relax.
